I hope this letter finds you healthy in the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic. This Spring has been an
unusual season of our lives to say the least. I am happy to say that our church is moving one step closer to
getting back to normal. This Summer will be a period of slowly moving to normalin our lives, our
businesses and in our church.
Beginning next Sunday, June 7

, we will move from our Minimal ContactPhase we have been in to our
Limited ContactPhase. During this phase we will start back with a single worship service at 10am and
a limited number of Adult Bible Classes at 8:45am each Sunday. We will continue to suspend our
Sunday night and Wednesday night activities until further notice. We will throughout the Summer have
periodic special events for all to enjoy.
You are invited and encouraged to join us Sunday, June 7
th
at 8:45am as we kick-off Adult Bible Classes
prior to our worship service. These classes offer a variety of subjects in which everyone can grow in their
Spiritual life. Below are the three classes from which to choose:
Romans Book Study (Ladies Only) : This is a journey through the book of Romans led by
Betsy Hall. This class is for women only and will be held in Rooms A115 & A117.
Spiritual Disciplines: Adapted from Donald Whitneys foundational book, Spiritual
Disciplines for the Christian Life, Kerry Hale will lead you in the importance and
application of practical daily disciplines to help you grow spiritually. This class will be held
in the Sanctuary.
Defending Your Faith: This apologetic study led by Jim Pierson will help you defend your
Christian faith in a faithless world by leading through discussion on the truth claims found in
Scripture. This class will be held in the Family Life Center.
These classes with run from June through August. Children and Youth Classes will begin on June 7
th
at
8:45am as well.
Everyone is invited to attend one of these classes. In order to help with space planning please let us know
which class you desire to attend by Registering at www.mtolivetbaptist.com/abc or texting your name and
the class name to 615-444-2390.
Of course, stay for worship at 10am each week following these classes. And as always, invite a friend to
come with you. This is a great time for new beginnings as we move through this crisis together.
God Bless You,
Pastor Rodney
