God loves you! He wants to spend eternity with you!
Do you know that? Have you received Jesus as Lord and Savior of your life?
Tomorrow is not guaranteed! Be born again, today!
The Bible says plainly in Romans 3:23 that all have sinned and fall short of God's glory. ALL
means everyone, you and me, both.
Romans 6:23 spells out that the wages (or consequences) of sin is death, but the gift of God
is eternal life through Christ our Lord! Basically, we deserved death.
But wait - the story doesn't end there!
Romans 5:8 assures us that while we were still sinners, God demonstrated His love for us
through Christ's death on the Cross.
Romans 10:9-10 says, "that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your
heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."
God assures us that "everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." (Romans
10:13)
Peace with God
"Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our
Lord Jesus Christ." (Romans 5:1)
Romans 8:1 tells us: "Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ
Jesus."
Because of Jesus’ death on our behalf, we will never be condemned
for our sins.
Faith in Jesus will save you. Talking to God, asking Him to come into your heart, and help you
live for Him will enable you to receive His free gift, in place of the consequences of sin. Telling
other people that you've made this decision will help solidify this decision in your heart.
Here is a sample prayer to pray aloud, but prayer is simply talking to
God; there's no 'formula'. Speak to Him from your heart.
Dear God, I know that I am a sinner. I believe that You loved me so much that You chose to die
for my sins, that I might spend eternity with You. I accept your free gift of salvation and ask
You to come into my heart. Help me to live each day for You from now on. Help me to share
my decision with others, and encourage them to choose You, as I have done! Thank you, Lord!
Now that you’ve made this life-changing decision, please tell us about it and find a Bible
believing church and continue to grow! We’d be glad to welcome you at Days of Grace, if you
don’t have a church home.
