Tuition & Fee Schedule for 2023-2024
All prices include tuition, snack, and supply fees. Registration fees are non-refundable and are paid at the time of
registration. There is an annual registration fee of $120.00 per student.
Plan A – One (1) payment due before May 1, 2023, for tuition and fees for returning families. New families will make
one (1) payment at time of registration. Parents who select this plan are receiving a 3% discount already applied to the
prices shown below.
Kindergarten $4,365.00
5 day fours $3,637.50
3 day classes $2,667.50
2 day classes $2,182.50
Plan B – Ten (10) payments with the first payment due at registration and nine (9) payments due at the first of each
month starting September 1, 2023, and ending May 1, 2024.
Kindergarten $450.00 per month
5 day fours $375.00 per month
3 day classes $275.00 per month
2 day classes $225.00 per month
Discounts – Families with more than one child receive a $10.00 discount off the total paid per month.
Tuition and fees paid at registration represent a commitment to attend. Staff is hired on the basis of these
commitments. Therefore, payments made at enrollment are non-refundable.
A $10.00 late fee will be charged for every ten (10) days your account remains past due.
Failure to pay tuition or any installment shall entitle St. Timothy’s Children’s Center to terminate further services and
collect the full amount of tuition and fees due.

1. We are very pleased with our present staff, yet the teacher/assistant you meet at registration may not be
your teacher/assistant in August. Each year personal staff situations arise which may make it necessary
for us to make staff adjustments.
2. A class may be cancelled or added due to enrollment.
3. Children must be completely potty trained to attend school except for the 2-year-old class.
4. By signing below I acknowledge that I will abide by the policies and procedures for the 2023-2024 school
year. I understand that if I violate any of the policies my child will be taken off the roster and all monies paid
will be forfeited.
In consideration of the acceptance of this Enrollment Agreement by St. Timothy’s Children’s Center, the
undersigned agrees to pay the required tuition and fees as set forth on the attached document entitled “Financial
Information.” Tuition and fees paid at registration represent a commitment to attend. Staff is hired on the basis of
these commitments. Therefore, payments made at enrollment are non-refundable.
